“Play to your strengths. If you aren’t great at something, do more of what you’re great at.”

This activity is meant for fixing mistakes a player may make with a recent choice pertaining to their character. You can only relearn one level at a time.

    • You cannot level relearn any starting class(es) your character began (and got approved) with in #sheets.
    • Subclasses may be changed using the Changing Subclass activity,

For this activity, downtime days and gold components are dependent on the total (combined if multi-classed) level a character is relearning. Refer to the chart below for the formula.

    • Bob a level 3 Fighter, 2 Warlock is a Level 5 character.

Level Relearn

When relearning a level, a player must state which level is being changed. If you use this downtime for changing from one class to the same class, just to change something in that level you must state what has changed.

Downtime Example: Bob will spend 15 downtime days and 750 gold to relearn level. He is a 3 levels fighter and 2 levels warlock and will change to 4 levels fighter 1 level warlock. Bobs has 6,732xp at time of change.

Bonus Feat Relearn

Each character is permitted to using level relearn to relearning their starting bonus feat once. The rules will follow the normal level relearn, except with additional conditions.

    • This does not permit the changing of the racial feat granted from Variant Human or Custom Lineage (or future content that permits races to gain a choice of racial trait.)
    • Backgrounds that give a feat are not eligible for Bonus Feat Relearn.

Additional Conditions:

    1. The new feat of choice cannot be a feat that has half an ASI bonus to it. Example: Alert -> Actor (+1 to CHA)
    2. You cannot exchange and gain half an ASI bonus from the new feat, even if you already had a feat that gave it. Durable (+1 CON) -> Actor (+1 CHA)
