Within the setting, each county, region, village, town, city, country, etc. has its own strict and complex legal code that consists of a series of regulations, official decrees, and treatises that are nigh incomprehensible for anyone but the regions barristers.

- By and large laws favor these individuals along with foreign diplomats and local law enforcement.
Citizens. Generally, experience no issues with entering towns, unless stated otherwise.

- These races are considered protected in majority of towns.
- Favored in situations against non-citizens.
- Easy mode. All races are from player handbook.
Non-citizens. Have no rights but are subject to its laws and include most monstrous or semi-monstrous races.

- Against in situations against citizens.
- Normal mode.
Some cities will have some of these races listed as citizens, while some could be considered despised.

- Custom lineage races will be granted the rights of the race closest to what the appearance mimics.
- Chromatic, Gem and Metallic

Despised. These races should take care when entering civilized areas, unless a proper disguise has been used, or else be attacked on sight.

- Rarely detained.
- Hard mode.
Not all counties’ regions, villages, towns, cities, countries, etc. have these same laws or punishments for the breaking of said laws.
